When will my
order ship?
- Valid orders placed before 2
PM EST are generally shipped the same day.
- Valid orders placed after 2 PM
EST are generally shipped the next business day.
- Valid orders placed on Friday,
after 2 PM EST are generally shipped on Monday.
- Valid orders placed during
weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped on the next
normal business day.
On occasion, an order may be
delayed due to availability or other circumstances. In the unlikely
event there is a change or delay in filling your order, we will
notify you via phone, or email within 24 business hours. PLEASE
NOTE: EACH CREDIT CARD WILL PASS THROUGH A SECURITY VERIFICATION. We
require that
the correct "Bill To" address for each order be on file with the
card issuer.
How much is shipping?
To find out how much shipping will cost, add the items you are
interested in, to your shopping basket. Note that in doing this, you
are not obligated to purchase these products. When viewing your
shopping basket, you will see an option called ‘Check Out’. When
selecting this option, you will be forwarded to the 'Shipping
Information Page. Please enter your shipping address and shipping
method and your shipping charge will appear. After viewing your
charge, select the cancel button to cancel the check out process.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Depending
on your shipping method, you will receive your order within 1 to 7
business days after your order is placed.
Do you
ship Internationally?
The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS, and a valid
U.S./Canadian street address is needed to ensure proper delivery. Additionally, any duties/taxes/broker's charges for Canadian shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Do you ship to
Canada?
Yes. To qualify for Canadian delivery, the item must be shipped to the billing address of your credit card, and the item(s) must be shippable via UPS. Note, an
additional handling charge is built into the quoted shipping cost to cover additional processing expenses for Canadian orders. Additionally, any Canadian order will require an additional 3 to 6 business days of processing time before the actual shipment date. To calculate Canadian shipping cost, please proceed through the checkout process on our web site. If the cost exceeds your budget, you can simply exit the checkout process. Additionally, any duties/taxes/broker's charges for Canadian shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Do you
ship to APO or PO Boxes?
SimplyCheap.com will only ship to APO/PO Boxes if an approved
Purchase Order (PO) is issued by a valid Government Agency.
Otherwise, the vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS,
and a valid U.S. street address is needed to ensure proper delivery.

UPS Ground*: 1-6 Business Days in the the 48 contiguous United
States.
UPS Next Day Air: Next Business Day Delivery before 10:30AM
UPS Next Day Air Saver*: Next Business Day Delivery
UPS 2 Day Air*: 2 Business Days
UPS 3 Day Select*: 3 Business Days
Carrier/Freight: 2 to 7 Business Days
*Delivery in the continental U.S. within six business days,
Monday-Friday, by 7:00 PM
How do I track
my shipment?
When your order is shipped, the shipping company will assign it a
tracking number. Tracking numbers are generally updated within 24
business hours of receiving your order. To find the tracking number,
check your email or visit the
order status page. If
for some reason you are unable to locate your tracking number,
please contact our
Customer Team.
I did not
receive my order
If the expected delivery time listed with your choice of shipping
has expired, and tracking information does not help, please contact
our Customer Team
immediately. Your order may be late because no one was available to
accept delivery. If you are not present when a delivery is
attempted, the carrier will make a second attempt, and often a
third. If delivery is still not made, the shipment will be returned
to our warehouse. You must report to us any undelivered order within
15 days of the date you placed the order
What happens if I enter the wrong address? You are responsible to enter your correct shipping address upon checkout. If you make an error, it will most likely delay the delivery of your package. Additionally, UPS/FEDEX charges us a $7.50 fee for address corrections. These fees will be charged to your credit card upon notification of your error by UPS.
How do I
receive a copy of my receipt?
Your final invoice can be obtained in three ways:
- Printing the order
confirmation displayed immediately after placing your order.
- Printing your invoice that
will be e-mailed to you shortly after ordering.
- Visiting the
order status page.
If you are still unable to obtain
an invoice, please contact
our Customer Team with your order number and we will send you a
copy of your invoice. |
